Intelichurch is an open source, server side, church management software project that Lynchpin Design promotes to help leaders and churches to become better stewards of their ministries.

What Does Intelichurch do?

Intelichurch is a powerful ChMS that allows leaders to systematically track and organize their data, while keeping it secure, yet available from any computer with an internet connection.

Feature List:

Tracking and Organizing People & Families
Intelichurch provides a feature rich database that allows organizations to manage the details of their constituency from spiritual gifts and desires areas of service, giving records, personal data, and everything in-between.

This allows the leadership to quickly and easily keep track of large numbers of people. This is especially beneficial for filling ministry opportunities with those whose gifting matches the need. Not to mention tracking numerous details and creating custom demographic info based on your church.

Geographic Features
Intelichurch also provides its users with a powerful geographic mapping feature that allows it users to create custom Google maps based on any number of data fields.

This is a great tool for determining where visitors are coming from, creating small groups within geographic regions, strategic planning etc .

Tracking Finances
Intelichurch becomes your one stop shop for tracking tithes, pledges and gifts in detail. With multiple deposit options, every detail of each deposit can be recorded for year end records.

Master Calendar and Events Module
There are two major benefits to the Events Module.

1. Your leadership team can create a master calendar for strategic planning that is not open to the rest of the church, yet easily accessible to leadership.

2. This events module also provides you with the option of tracking attendance. This allows you as leaders to keep track of who is getting and staying connected and who is falling through the cracks and needs follow up. You can also use this module to track visitors on Sunday morning and being the assimilation process.

Sending Email
Intelichurch also provides its users with the power to communicate and keep the vision of your church in front of the people with simplicity and ease and without the need for 3rd party software. You can quickly and easily create email campaigns to individuals or groups of people that match the specific criteria that you are looking for. This allows you to offer ministry opportunities to people with specific spiritual gifts, cast vision to the entire congregation, and everything in-between.

Track Volunteers and Service Opportunities
This feature allows you to keep track of individual details about peoples talents and giftedness, as well as the churches ministry needs.
Intelichurch becomes the vehicle to connect those who are willing and able to serve with the real needs of the congregation without people falling through the cracks.

Reports
Intelichurch has a number of built-in reports to provide a snapshot of the users data. Queries are pre-built based on the database structure to provide common reporting requirements such as:

Membership Reports
• Group membership
• Contact lists
• Reports on groups and roles
• Members Directory: Printable directory of all members, grouped by family where assigned • Letters and Mailing Labels • Birthdays: Members with birthdays in a particular month • Family Member Count: Returns each family and the total number of people assigned to them.
• Membership anniversaries: Members who joined in a particular month • Person by Age: Returns any person records with ages between two given ages.
• Person by properties: Returns person records which are assigned the given property.
• Person by Role and Gender: Selects person records with the family role and gender specified.
• Person Count
• Recent friends: Friends who signed up in previous months • Select all members: People who are members • Select database users: People who are registered as database users • Total By Gender: Total of records matching a given gender.
• Volunteers: Find volunteers for a particular opportunity • Volunteers: Find volunteers for who match two specific opportunity codes • Advanced Search: Search by any part of Name, City, State, Zip, or Home Phone.
• Families to canvass: People in families that are ok to canvass.

Class & Attendance Reports

Please understand that Intelichurch is the continued development of the open source project ChurchInfo and can be downloaded at http://sourceforge.net/projects/churchinfo. Please check out the Sourceforge site for download requirements, licensing, and technical requirements for instillation.

Because ChurchInfo and Intelichurch are open source we do not charge for the software, yet we do charge a minimal set up fee. The benefit of having Lynchpin Design oversee your Intelichurch software is that we will provide you with maintenance on the server to keep your PHP MySQL database up to date, we will work out any bugs in the software for you, and we will keep your software update with the latest releases of your software.

We charge a $500 set up fee and $150 yearly maintenance fee after the 1st year to service your database and keep everything running smoothly.
